<p>I hear them in small businesses and multinationals. I&#8217;ve seen these pulsations in booming economies such as Asia and Brazil, where I and my colleagues studying the work of Indian companies in the market to make huge investments in talent development. We are now in the process of acquiring Chinese companies and it appears that they do the same.</p>
<p>The only place where the picture is different, these are the United States. And there are complaints, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find suitable candidates, but the situation is radically different from that in India or China. This is about history, where we find the right employees at the precise moment when we need them but let them go when our needs change. Then simply replace old with new employees. This approach does not work well.</p>

Rather, wealth is a state of mind, plus money. Rich and successful people differ in their views, which are themselves and the world around them. To understand it we must compare their views with our own.<span id="more-63"></span> This is a relatively easy process, and therefore I say that anyone can become rich, absolutely everyone! On the way to millions of our own is important to remember that to be a rich man, this primarily means to engage in those activities which lead to an increase in personal wealth.</p>
<p>Read now described below five principles of wealth and compare them with your perceptions of life. Perhaps you will understand what is bothering you and you become rich or to discover the secret that has long eluded you.</p>
<p><strong>The first principle: self-feeling</strong></p>
<p>We are all created by God who gave us the intrinsic qualities to him. The rich man never ignores this fact. It feels like a grand, divine creation, in the best sense.</p>
<p>The rich man sees his life, and life in general as a generous gift, which wants to dispose of their own purposes. <p><strong>The second principle: Work and Self-realization</strong></p>
<p>One of the main objectives of the rich man is to be implemented in a direction which is very fond whether for business creation, investment, management.
